What is a board and train?
A board and train is a program designed for your pup's individual needs. The programming will depend on the exact needs of you and your pet. During the weeks that your dog is with me, they will get training 24/7, walks, socialization, adventures and much more. This may mean simply brushing up from past lessons or day training, helping with separation anxiety, or maybe you just got a puppy and want them to start off on the right foot.
Our Head Trainer, Dylan, has extensive experience with many different training goals, including, but not limited to:
- Leash reactivity
- Aggressive dogs
- Puppies
- Behavior Modification
- Basic commands
- Separation anxiety
- Doggy daycare dropouts
- Rehabilitation
- Confidence training

Why a board and train and not private lessons?
Board and trains allow Dylan the opportunity to get to know, and fully understand, your dog and their needs. Sometimes training can be overwhelming for a dog, so giving your dog time to train with Dylan away from their usual environment, provides the opportunity for the most focused training possible. Board and train programs allow you to take a step back, while a trainer cares for your dog, living with them for a period of time, to do extensive training.
PROGRAMS OFFERED
2 Week Brush-up Board and Train - $1,750
This program works with clients that have either:
Completed at least 4 Private Lessons or the equivalent to
During this week we will be brushing up on specific commands based on your individual training program.
This program comes with:
- ecollar (if not have one already - if already purchased one, price may vary)
- 30 day follow up lesson
- Daily training, treats, playing, and love for you dog
- two go home sessions at the end of the program
3 Week Puppy Boot Camp Program - $2,700
This program is for puppies that are between the ages of 4 and 9 months. Puppies are hard so this program is designed to help set you and your pup up for the best success! During these two weeks we will be focusing on potty training, proper socialization, confidence building, grooming procedures, basic obedience, and more!
This program comes with:
- ecollar
- slip lead
- place cot
- 30 and 60 day follow up lessons
- Daily training, treats, playing, and love for you dog
- two go-home sessions; one to go over paper work and ask questions at your house and the other to pet friendly store, park, and end at home to go over everything they learned
The programs below are designed to tend to your dog and their needs. This could mean basic obedience, behavior modification, separation anxiety, or any other issue revolved around your dog.
3 Week Personalized Board and Train Program - $2,500
This programs come with:
- an ecollar
- 3 week long personalized training program
- Daily training, treats, playing, and love for you dog
-30 and 60 day follow up lessons
- two go-home sessions; one to go over paper work and ask questions at your house and the other to pet friendly store, park, and end at home to go over everything they learned
4 Week Personalized Board and Train Program - $3,000
This programs come with:
- an ecollar
- 4 week long personalized training program
- Daily training, treats, playing, and love for you dog
-30 and 60 day follow up lessons
- two go-home sessions; one to go over paper work and ask questions at your house and the other to pet friendly store, park, and end at home to go over everything they learned
At the time of scheduling, there will be a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 (per dog) to hold your spot. There are also payment plans available, so definitely reach out with any questions.
